It works as simply as this
Separating egg whites and yolks is very easy with the egg separator. To do this, place the egg separator on a bowl that ideally has a diameter of approx. 9.5 to 14 cm. Then crack the egg on the stainless steel edge. Now you just put the egg into the egg separator. The upper part is shaped so that the yolk remains whole and the egg white flows through the openings into the bowl.
