NO-Groni says NO to alcohol in the cocktail and is, simply put, the alcohol-free counterpart to the classic Negroni. A perfect alternative to enjoy a cocktail if you want to avoid alcohol!
Negroni
La dolce Vita. According to this Italian aperitif classic, it should actually be called the bittersweet life. The bitter note is provided by Campari, which is inextricably linked to this drink. It is precisely this bitter note of the Negroni that stimulates the appetite and goes perfectly with salty food. The red Vermouth, on the other hand, brings the sweetness. The interplay of the different flavours makes the Negroni something special. Just as life becomes special through sweet and bitter experiences.
Negroni Bianco
Negroni bianco? So white Negroni? No problem! Campari and red vermouth have to go to the substitutes' bench and instead a mountain amaretto liqueur and LN Mattei Quinquina aperitif may provide a breath of fresh air. As we know, every good cocktail comes with a good creation story. In this case, there was also a proper (legal) dispute about authorship. But we'd rather focus on what belongs in the Mai Tai and how to prepare it properly to give the balmy evening or hot night a proper dose of Caribbean flair.
Kokomo ("The Byrdcave"-Style)
This cocktail takes you to a beach in the Caribbean. When you hear Kokomo, you immediately think of the Beach Boys and their cocktail anthem. If you're expecting a cocktail with rum, you're mistaken. Gin provides the basis for this drink. But that doesn't matter at all. After all, Kokomo is not in the Caribbean (but in Indiana). Instead, the blueberry syrup colours the drink a deep blue and now you're already thinking of the ocean off the Bahamas.
