No, it's not a typo! This is actually a NoGroni and not a Negroni. And you can probably already tell what this is about from the name. NO-Groni says NO to alcohol in the cocktail and is, simply put, the alcohol-free counterpart to the classic Negroni. A perfect alternative to enjoy a cocktail if you want to avoid alcohol!

Preparation
Prepare the drink

Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass with the ice cubes (3 cm) and stir for a few seconds until the glass gets noticeably cold.

Strain the drink through a sieve into a tumbler and add an ice cube 5cm.

Garnish as desired - for example with an orange zest - and then enjoy.
