Mai Tai

Description
"Mai Tai Roa Ae" is Tahitian and means something like "not of this world". This eponymous saying is said to have been given to the strong Tiki cocktail immediately after its invention. As we know, every good cocktail comes with a good creation story. In this case, there was also a proper (legal) dispute about authorship. But we'd rather focus on what belongs in the Mai Tai and how to prepare it properly to give the balmy evening or hot night a proper dose of Caribbean flair.
