Description
Summery, fruity, fresh! Our delicious recipe provides the basis for a delicious lemonade that refreshes you on hot days. You can easily prepare the syrup and then fill it up with soda water as needed. To make it really cool, add ice cubes. So fresh!

Zutaten für

For the syrup

500 ml Water
250 g Sugar
250 ml Lemon juice
100 g Ginger, in slices
30 g Lemon zest

Preparation

Prepare the syrup

For the syrup, bring all the ingredients to the boil briefly and then leave to infuse.

After about an hour, strain the syrup through a fine sieve and fill into jars/bottles.

For the Lemonade

For the lemonade, fill about 5-6 cl of syrup with 200 ml of soda water and serve with a handful of 2 cm ice balls. Mint and lemon are suitable garnishes.
