Excellent non-stick effect

The surface of the mat has fine pores so that food doesn’t stick. This is especially useful when working with sticky dough. If you just add more flour, you run the risk that the dough becomes too dry and firm. Thanks to the baking mat, you can continue kneading and mixing flour and water properly without the dough sticking to the countertop. Afterwards the dough can be rolled out to the desired size or shape and easily removed from the baking mat. Because of the excellent non-stick effect you can easily clean the mat in the kitchen sink or in the dishwasher.

Markings for precise baking

Is the perfect pizza round or square? You decide! That is why we have embossed scales on our baking mat for precise baking. With the eleven circular reference lines you will get perfecly round results. The smallest circle has a diameter of 12cm and the largest of 34cm. For square shapes, the centimetre measurements on two sides of the roll-out mat are helpful. And if you prefer inches as your unit of measurement, you do not need to convert anything: The other two edges are marked with an inch scale and the circles are also double labeled.
