Ultra-sharp RazorTech blade technology

The blades of our RazorTech graters are manufactured using a special photo-etching process. This gives them their incomparable sharpness. Your precious ingredients are not simply grated, but cut really small and can develop their full aroma thanks to these sharp blades!

Two different grating surfaces

The Duo grater has two different grating surfaces. Both are equipped with ultra-sharp blades. On one side you get very fine grating if you want to have really small grates and fine dosing. Use the other side, if the rasps need to be a bit coarser and more bite-proof.

Pleasant and safe working

When using sharp blades it is important that you can grip them safely. This is ensured by the sliding handle guard. And the rubber-coated feet also support comfortable and safe working by preventing the grater from slipping away.
