The Tango RT40 Duo grater with its two grating surfaces offers you the possibility to grate ingredients both finely and medium-fine. The fine grater is ideal for citrus fruits, for example, or for grating fine spices. If you want the grating to be just a tad less fine, use the medium grating surface. This way you save space in your kitchen and are well equipped for most grating tasks.

The Lurch TANGO RazorTech graters impress with their special RazorTech blade technology. Here, the stainless steel surface is precisely etched out using a special photo-etching process. This makes the edges of the cutting surfaces ultra-sharp and keeps them sharp for a long time. This way, the graters cut the ingredients into small pieces instead of crumbling them, and your dishes retain the full aromas of the fine ingredients.
