Description
This tea is a real soul warmer. When you come home stressed and want to do something good for yourself, the blend of apple and an aromatic note of cinnamon is just right. The scent alone reminds you of a warm apple pie straight from the oven. Now quickly onto the sofa and the cosy feel-good evening can come.

Preparing the tea

Cut half an apple into small cubes or thin slices. Either use fresh or chop a larger amount of apple pieces and dry in the oven at 50°C. The dried apple can be stored well and is then always available.

Pour boiling water over a quarter of an apple per cup and let it steep for about 15 minutes. After 5-10 minutes, add a cinnamon stick and let it infuse.

Pass the tea through a sieve and enjoy. The cinnamon stick can be left to dry and reused.
