Info

The star in this juice is clearly the wheatgrass: wheatgrass has the reputation of being a true superfood. It is considered a real "health package". Its content of vitamins A, C, E and the B vitamins, vegetable protein and many antioxidants make it an important supplier of healthy substances that our body needs. Wheatgrass is considered one of the most chlorophyll-containing foods. This natural pigment strengthens our immune system, helps to cleanse the blood and liver and supports detoxification. With its numerous vitamins and minerals, the apple is a true health miracle. Among other things, it provides our body with vitamin C, which has an antioxidant effect and also promotes iron absorption. The proportion of the dietary fibre pectin, which promotes healthy intestinal function, is very high in apples. With a recommended amount of 30g of dietary fibre per day, 100g of apple already contain 10.1g. Apples contain valuable flavonoids, which are secondary plant substances. They have an antioxidant effect and reduce the risk of certain cancers and cardiovascular diseases. They also inhibit the growth of bacteria, fungi and viruses. Grapes are an optimal fruit for detoxification and dehydration because they provide plenty of potassium. In addition, they have a digestive effect on our body thanks to many dietary fibres.
