125 g sugar
3 eggs

200 g flour
2 Teaspoon(s) baking powder

600 g apples

Preparing the apple pie

Cream the softened butter with sugar. Add the eggs, salt and lemon flavouring. Preheat the oven to 160 °C convection oven.

Mix flour with baking powder, sift and stir in alternately with the milk.

Pour the batter into the tin and smooth it out a little.

Peel and core the apples, cut them into quarters, score them lengthwise several times and lay them on the pastry in a wreath shape.

Bake the cake for 45 minutes on the middle shelf.
