Asparagus omelette with prawns

Asparagus in the morning, and the day is your friend! If there were a guiding principle for the true asparagus fan, then this one would fit. But asparagus is also delicious. And if you're already craving it in the morning, why not? This asparagus and prawn omlette is super quick to prepare and perfect to start the day.

3 eggs
3 Tablespoon(s) milk
3 Tablespoon(s) parsley
3 asparagus spears, cooked
75 g prawns
3 cherry tomatoes
30 g cheese, grated
1 Teaspoon(s) butter

Preparation

Prepare the omelette

Chop the herbs. Beat the eggs with the milk and mix with the herbs and spices.

Melt the butter in the pan over a medium heat. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan so that the bottom of the pan is thinly covered.

After a few seconds, top the lightly beaten egg with prawns, asparagus pieces, tomatoes and cheese.

Cook the omelette over a medium-low heat until cooked through. Then arrange on a plate and serve immediately.

Tip: The omelette can of course be topped differently. You can keep it completely vegetarian or add ham, for example.
