Banana pancakes (vegan)

Description
These delicious banana pancakes are nice and creamy and fruity. For the vegan batter, we use oat milk, flour, cane sugar, a little baking powder, a pinch of cinnamon and of course bananas. The mixture is then baked until golden and is ready in 15 minutes! If you like them sweeter, you can add honey or maple syrup.

Preparation
Bake the pancakes

Preheat oven with tray to 220°C convection oven.

Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.

Divide the batter evenly between the baking tin.

Bake the pancakes for 15 minutes. Then leave to cool briefly in the tin.
