Ready-seasoned grilled food from the shops usually contains undesirable additives. Making your own marinade is the perfect alternative. You probably already have the ingredients from our recipe at home. Quickly mixed, it is ideal for fish, meat and delicious vegetarian and vegan variations. Give it a try!

2 onions
200 ml oil
1 Tablespoon(s) vinegar
1 Tablespoon(s) sugar
0.5 Teaspoon(s) chilli powder
1 garlic clove
3 Tablespoon(s) tomato paste
2 Tablespoon(s) mustard
fresh herbs to taste

Prepare the marinade

Peel the onion and garlic and pluck the herbs (to taste).
Place in the Multi Chopper with the remaining ingredients and blend to a marinade.
Tip: This marinade is enough for 6 servings - the herbs make it very flexible to use for various grilled foods, whether meat, fish or vegetarian/vegan items.
