Preparation
Prepare the marinade

Peel the onion and garlic and pluck the herbs (to taste).

Place in the Multi Chopper with the remaining ingredients and blend to a marinade.

This marinade is enough for 6 servings - the herbs make it very flexible to use for various grilled foods, whether meat, fish or vegetarian/vegan items.
