1 onion
1 lemon (zest and juice)

2 Tablespoon(s) rosemary, chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) thyme, chopped
2 Teaspoon(s) pepper, ground
2 Teaspoon(s) paprika powder
2 Teaspoon(s) sage, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) marjoram, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) oregano, chopped
1 Teaspoon(s) savory, chopped
0.5 Teaspoon(s) cinnamon, ground
0.5 Teaspoon(s) cayenne
0.5 Teaspoon(s) cumin, ground
0.5 Teaspoon(s) chilli flakes

Prepare the marinade

Peel the onions and garlic and roughly chop together with the rosemary, thyme and sage. Rinse the lemon in hot water, grate and squeeze.

Place in the multichopper with the remaining ingredients and blend to a marinade.

Tip: The marinade is enough for about 4 portions or 4 pieces of meat. Pork (neck) is particularly suitable but also saitan works well.
