Barbecue marinade: lemon and herbs

Description
It doesn't always have to be steaks and sausages that end up on the grill. How about a tender chicken breast or fresh salmon? But before they go on the barbecue, they are marinated in our lemony-aromatic marinade. The mixture soaks in wonderfully and refines your grilled food. A real treat!

Preparation
Prepare the marinade

Wash and pluck the herbs. Rinse the lemon in hot water and grate the zest.

Add the herbs and lemon zest to the Multi CHopper together with the olive oil, garlic and chilli and mix to form a marinade.

Tip:
The marinade is enough for about 4 servings and is good for chicken breast, fish or saitan.
