Description
What? Biscuits for breakfast? Of course! Who says that biscuits are only allowed with afternoon coffee? Quite the opposite, because this recipe really makes you want to have a different breakfast in the morning than with the usual muesli or rolls. Not only do they taste crunchy and delicious, they are also healthy thanks to ingredients such as oat flakes, chia and linseed, ginger and cranberries. Add some fruit and a glass of milk and you start the day with a lot of energy!

2 eggs
125 g butter
75 g cane sugar
200 g oat flakes
1 Teaspoon(s) cinnamon, ground
1 Teaspoon(s) chia seeds
2 Teaspoon(s) linseed
2 Tablespoon(s) almonds, sliced
2 Tablespoon(s) cranberries, dried
0.5 Teaspoon(s) ginger, ground
0.5 Teaspoon(s) allspice
0.5 Teaspoon(s) cardamom

Prepare the cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan oven. Beat the eggs, butter and sugar.

Add the remaining ingredients and knead intensively.

Portion the mixture by tablespoonfuls onto a baking tray lined with the baking mat.

Lightly flatten the biscuit portions and then bake for 15 minutes.

Allow the biscuits to cool and then pack them in an airtight container or enjoy them directly.
