Zutaten für

For the dough

150 g butter
100 g dark chocolate
300 ml milk
250 g wheat flour
3 Tablespoon(s) sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) baking cocoa
1 Pinch(es) salt
1 Pinch(es) baking soda
1 egg

Preparation

  • Preparation time: 30 min
  • Cooking time: 30 min
  • Total time: 1 h

prepare the brownies

1
Preheat the oven to 165°C fan oven.
2
Melt the butter, chocolate and milk in a saucepan over a low heat, then remove from the heat.
3
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
4
Add the slightly cooled butter and chocolate mixture and mix in.
5
Finally, add the egg and mix well too. The dough should be viscous, not too firm. Otherwise, add a little more milk gradually
6
Place the brownie tin on a baking tray, fill with batter to just below the rim and bake for 30 minutes.
7
Allow the brownie to cool completely in the tin and garnish as desired.
8
Tip: The baking time varies depending on the oven and should be checked constantly towards the end. If you test the brownies with a chopstick, some batter must still stick to the chopstick (in contrast to sponge batter), otherwise the brownies will be too dry.
