Burrata wih green asparagus and serrano ham

Un'estate italiana - an Italian summer ... It's literally on the plate, when you hear the ingredients of this wonderful dish. A creamy burrata filled with cream and cream cheese, combined with Serrano ham, sounds good. Add to this fruity strawberries and delicious roasted green asparagus and a classic dressing, and you'll wish that a culinary summer like this would never end.

1 burrata (or another mozzarella cheese)
3 Bar(s) green asparagus, grilled
2 Slice(s) serrano ham
1 Teaspoon(s) capers, fine
2 strawberries
dark balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper

Preparation

Prepare the dish

Cut off the woody ends of the green asparagus and cut the spears into 3-4 cm long pieces. Then sauté them in a little olive oil until they are cooked al dente.

Drain the burrata and then lightly pluck in the centre of a plate.

Garnish the burrata with the green asparagus and ham. Slice the strawberries and arrange them on top of the burrata.

Drain the capers and then spread them evenly over the dish. Season with dark balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and serve. Tip: A toasted slice of white bread goes very well with this dish.
