Zutaten für

For the dough

75 g curd
3 Tablespoon(s) milk
3 Tablespoon(s) oil
150 g wheat flour
0.5 Pack(s) baking powder

For the filling

500 g mushrooms (champignons)
75 g bacon
100 g onions
1 Teaspoon(s) margarine
75 g gouda, grated
salt, pepper, majoram, dill to taste

Preparation

  • Total time: 1 h

Prepare the dough

1
Whisk together the curd, milk, oil and salt.
2
First stir half of the flour into the mixture with the dough hook. Then add the remaining flour and baking powder and work into a smooth dough.
3
Roll out the dough on a well-floured work surface/rolling mat to the size of the quiche tin and place in the tin.

Prepare the filling

1
Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel and slice. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Finely dice the bacon.
2
Melt the margarine in a pan and fry the bacon in it. Then add the onion rings and the mushrooms to the pan and fry until the liquid has evaporated.
3
Finely chop the fresh herbs and add to the mushroom mixture.
4
Preheat oven to 200° convection oven.
5
Allow the mixture to cool slightly, finely chop and add the fresh herbs and spread everything over the quiche base.
6
Sprinkle the grated Gouda on the quiche and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
