Chili cheese sauce

Who is a burger's best friend? The sauce, of course! No matter how fresh and delicious the ingredients are. The sauce is always what really tops off the flavour. And if it's a chilli cheese sauce, it's not just the cheese that melts, it's the gourmet's heart.

Ingredients for

For the sauce

10 g butter
10 g chickpea flour
1 garlic clove
250 ml milk
150 g cheddar cheese
2 jalapenos
100 ml cooking oil
2 Teaspoon(s) salt
2 Tablespoon(s) vinegar
2 Teaspoon(s) sugar

Preparing the sauce

Finely chop the chillies and garlic. Grate the cheese.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the chickpea flour and fry briefly, stirring.
Add the garlic and chillies, sauté briefly and then deglaze with milk. Stir for one minute.
Remove the pan from the heat, add the cheese and stir until smooth. Then add the oil and stir until smooth.
Season to taste with salt, sugar and vinegar and add a little seasoning if necessary.
