Chocolate cake with liquid centre

Description
You don't have to be a total chocolate fan - this cake will simply make anyone melt! Even yourself, and that's the beauty of it! For the liquid centre, put in chocolate coating to melt. When you serve the little cakes, you won't notice it at first. Only when the fork has reached the centre does warm chocolate flow out. Who can resist the cake with the sweet secret?

200 g butter, liquid
180 g couverture, dark
160 g sugar
4 eggs
180 g wheat flour

Bake the cakes

Preheat the oven to 200° C convection oven.

Melt the couverture together with the butter. Mix the eggs and sugar and pour into the couverture-butter mixture while stirring. Slowly fold in the flour and stir the mixture until smooth.

Divide the batter evenly into the moulds and bake in the preheated oven for 9 minutes. Leave the cake to cool briefly and then carefully remove from the tin.

CAUTION: The cooking time will vary slightly depending on the oven. The outer part of the cake should be firm, but a soft centre should be noticeable when you press lightly on the cake.
