Description
On the biscuits - ready - go! Here is a basic recipe that you can use to bake these delicious cookies yourself. It's deliberately very simple so that you have plenty of time for the best part of baking biscuits: decorating, frosting and eating them. Oops, before you can eat them, of course, you have to do the work first. And you're sure to enjoy it!

500 g wheat flour
250 g sugar
250 g butter
50 ml milk
1 egg
1 Pinch(es) salt

Preparation

  • Total time: 1 h 30 min

Bake the cookies

Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and chill for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 170°C top/bottom heat. Take small portions of the dough. Flour the work surface and the dough well and then roll it out thinly with a pastry roller. Cut out the biscuits with the biscuit cutters and place on a tray with baking paper.

Bake the biscuits for about 12 minutes. Then leave to cool and decorate as desired or enjoy directly.
