Crispbread (with cheese)

Typically Swedish! No, it's not about the furniture store or wooden houses. It's about the bread that the Vikings are said to have baked: Crispbread. In our recipe you can use different seeds according to your taste. This makes the wholesome bread a real fitness bread. You can also use a little cheese if you like.

For the dough

60 g spelt flour
70 g rolled oats
140 g seed mix to taste
1 Pinch(es) salt
1 Splash(es) olive oil
200 ml water
50 g cheese, grated

Preparation

Bake the crispbread

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chop nuts or larger seeds/seeds a little if necessary. Preheat the oven to 150°C convection oven.

Allow the dough to swell briefly and then spread thinly on a baking mat.

Bake the crispbread for 10 minutes and then cut into the desired size.

If desired, sprinkle the crispbread with grated cheese (Parmesan or similar) and bake for another 45 minutes until dry. Then leave to cool and pack accordingly.
