This moist eggnog cake with the delicious flavour is easy and super quick. Just as quickly, your guests will praise you for your homemade creation. You can bet that only crumbs will be left on the cake plate?

Preparation
Prepare the cake

Preheat the oven to 170°C convection oven. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.

Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture alternately with the oil and eggnog and whisk.

Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 45 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminium foil after a while to prevent the cake from browning too much. Test the cake at the end of the baking time to see if it is done.

Leave to cool briefly in the tin and then turn out. Garnish with icing sugar or as desired.
