Are you one of those people who don't eat enough fruit? That can change now if you try these little balls. They have it all, the fruit mixed in here in the form of banana. Together with coconut, the result is a deliciously exotic taste experience. Added to this is a lot of power from the almonds and nuts. If that's not a "concentrated" load of energy and flavour!

50 g almonds, ground
50 g hazelnuts, ground
1 Tablespoon(s) honey
3 Tablespoon(s) coconut flakes

Prepare the energy balls

Cut the banana into pieces and put them together with the other ingredients into the multi-chopper or blender and grind until a dough is formed.

Shape the dough into balls. The Energy Balls will keep for a few days in the fridge.
