Muesli in a bowl with milk or yoghurt - anyone can do it! Do you fancy a change? Then try our Energy Balls! They are basically rolled-up muesli, if you will. The little balls contain oat flakes, banana, nuts, almonds and cranberries, just like a "real" muesli. Ideal when you're in a hurry - a practical breakfast for on the go!

100 g rolled oats, tender
0.5 banana
50 g hazelnuts, ground
50 g almonds, ground
30 g cranberries

Prepare the energy balls

Cut the banana into pieces and place in the multi-chopper or blender with the other ingredients and grind until a dough is formed.

Shape the dough into balls. The Energy Balls will keep for a few days in the fridge.
