Description
Nut cookies are dangerous, because they are extremely addictive. They are so incredibly delicious that you can never get enough of them. So this recipe is just right! These crunchy little corners contain lots of ingredients that are good for your body. In addition to powerful nuts and fibre-rich seeds, they are sugar-free and sweetened with maple syrup. A perfect snack without a guilty conscience!

Preparation
Prepare the nut biscuits

Preheat the oven to 170°C convection oven. Roughly chop all the nuts and almonds so that all the ingredients are about the same size.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

Pour 200g of mixture into a small flexiblech and 400g into a large flexiblech, smooth and press down lightly. In other shapes, there should be a layer about the thickness of a finger.

Bake the nut wedges for 25 minutes. Then leave to cool in the tin for 15 minutes.

Now turn out the Nussecken plates and cut into small triangles.

OPTIONAL:
Finally, decorate the Nussecken with dark chocolate.
