Flower power is still very popular! Why not put a little flower magic in a drink? With this delicious punch you can conjure up something wonderfully refreshing for your guests. Bet no one will guess what's behind the great taste!

Ingredients for

For the punch

1 l water
15 hibiscus flowers
10 Tablespoon(s) orange blossoms
200 ml vermouth, sweet
1 apple
1 orange
200 g raspberries
700 ml sparkling wine
100 ml orange liqueur
20 icecubes (4 cm)

Preparation

  • Total time: 3 h

Prepare the punch

Bring the water to the boil and infuse half of the hibiscus flowers and half of the orange flowers.

Strain the cooled flower tea into a large glass/bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients. Then refrigerate.

Add the ice cubes to the chilled punch and garnish with the remaining blossoms.
