Preparation
Prepare the dough

Crumble the yeast and dissolve it with the sugar in lukewarm water.

Knead the yeast mixture with flour, salt and half of the olive oil in a bowl to form a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Form two equal-sized patties from the dough, place them in the tin and drizzle each with olive oil.
Add the toppings

Depending on taste, you can top the loaves with thinly sliced onion rings, diced tomatoes, olives and rosemary. However, many other things can be used here.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
