For the dough

250 g wheat flour
125 g sugar
1.5 Tablespoon(s) cocoa powder
1.5 Tablespoon(s) gingerbread spice
1 Teaspoon(s) cinnamon, ground
0.5 Pack(s) baking powder
150 ml milk
150 ml sunflower oil
125 g honey, liquid

Prepare the gingerbread

Preheat the oven to 170°C fan oven.

Mix the flour with the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and spices in a bowl and make a well in the centre.

Mix the milk with the oil and honey, gradually pour into the well and stir with a wooden spoon or stirring spoon.

Divide the batter evenly between the moulds and clean the contours if necessary. Then bake for 35 minutes.

Leave the gingerbread to cool for 5 minutes, then turn out of the tin and coat with chocolate coating or icing as desired.
