Description
If you want to try a real gourmet recipe - here it is! The sweet, fruity pear is filled with strong gorgonzola. We wrap a slice of Serrano ham around this delicious combination, which adds to the flavour with its aroma. Oh, keyword "topping": Last but not least, we put our own "lid" on the pear. This turns a simple pear into an absolute culinary and visual delight!

Preparation
Prepare the stuffed pears

Preheat the oven to 180°C convection oven. Cut a "lid" off the pears 2-3 cm below the stem.

Hollow out the pears with the Twister and fill each with 50 g Gorgonzola.

Wrap a slice of Serrano ham around each pear and secure with a wooden skewer.

Put the "lids" back on the pears and bake for 20 minutes. Then serve immediately.
