200 g oat flakes, fine
oat flakes, crunchy
200 g spelt flakes
150 g mixed nuts
80 g almonds, sliced
50 g linseed
20 g chia seeds
6 Tablespoon(s) maple syrup
3 Tablespoon(s) rapessed oil

Prepare the granola

Preheat the oven to 180°C convection oven. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.

Add the maple syrup and oil and mix intensively.

Spread the granola mixture evenly over the entire flexibleche and then toast in the oven.

The muesli needs 25 minutes and should be mixed a little every five minutes.
