Info

"Green", as this juice is, comes from Old High German and stands for "to grow" or "to spear". The pleasant sweetness of the small grapes counteracts the intense vegetable flavour of kale and spinach and rounds off the juice perfectly. And so this mix provides us with a concentrated load of power: The vitamin K contained in spinach is important for blood clotting and bone formation. Its magnesium content has a positive effect on our bones and muscles. In addition, the antioxidants support our body's defence against infections and help it to stay healthy. Its iron content has a beneficial effect on oxygen transport. Kale contains large amounts of vitamin A as a provitamin, which has an antioxidant effect. This means that it scavenges harmful oxygen radicals. It is also important for the visual process, as well as growth and nerve conduction. Kale contains a lot of folic acid, vitamin C as well as potassium and calcium. The latter is an elementary building block of bones and teeth. It is important for blood clotting and in the transmission of stimuli in the nervous system and muscles. Kale is a great source of chlorophyll and rich in anti-inflammatory substances. Grapes are an optimal fruit for detoxification and dehydration, as they provide plenty of potassium. They also have a digestive effect on our body thanks to their high fibre content.
