Description

2 eggs, size L
100 g sugar
1 Pack(s) vanilla sugar
2 Tablespoon(s) water, lukewarm
60 g wheat flour
60 g starch
1.5 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 Pinch(es) salt

Preparation

Prepare the cake

Preheat the oven to 170°C convection oven. Separate the eggs and refrigerate the egg whites.

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar, add the vanilla sugar and water and whisk until a pale firm cream has formed.

Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until firm and fold into the egg yolk cream.

Mix the flour, baking powder and cornflour, sieve and also fold into the mixture.

Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 30 minutes.
