250 g quark
100 g yoghurt
50 g creme fraîche
1 onion, small
1 garlic clove
0.5 organic lime
6 Tablespoon(s) herbs of your choice
salt, pepper, chili, paprika powder, sugar to taste

Prepare the curd

Peel the onion and garlic and chop in a multi chopper.

Add the zest and juice of half a lime to the chopper with the rest of the ingredients and blend to a herb curd.
