For the dough

500 g butter, soft
300 g sugar
2 Pack(s) vanilla sugar
1 Pinch(es) salt
8 eggs
50 g wheat flour
75 g cocoa
1 Pack(s) baking powder
6 Tablespoon(s) milk

Prepare the dough

Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Gradually add the eggs and stir in vigorously. Preheat the oven to 180° C top/bottom heat.

Mix the flour and baking powder. Then add to the egg-butter mixture, adding half of the milk.

Divide the dough into 2 portions and mix the cocoa with the remaining milk into one half.

First pour the light batter into the tin and then the dark batter on top. Mix both doughs lightly with a fork.

Bake the dough for 15 minutes, then cut the surface once with a knife and bake the cake for another 45 minutes.
