Preparation
Prepare the bread

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add the remaining ingredients. Knead everything into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough evenly between the baking tins and then place in the cold oven.

Now set the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat and bake the loaves for 40 minutes. Allow to cool briefly and then turn out of the tin.

Tip: For a beautiful surface, you can lightly score the tops of the loaves with a knife after about 10 minutes of baking time.
