Mini Gugelhupf with blueberries

Description
Oh, they are so cute! These little pastries will not only enchant your guests with their great appearance! The minis are so juicy and fruity and an absolute delight. You can serve them especially beautifully on an etagere on your coffee table. It just makes you want to reach for them. And if you don't eat them yourself, which is tempting, the minis are perfect as a gift or a small present.

150 g wheat flour
60 g sugar
1 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
0.5 Teaspoon(s) bicarbonate of soda
60 g butter
100 g yoghurt
vanilla flavoring (to taste)
1 egg
125 g blueberries

Prepare the mini gugelhupf

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Add the butter in flakes until combined and crumbly.

Cream the yoghurt, if using, and stir in the vanilla flavouring and eggs. Add the mixture to the flour and butter mixture, mix to a loose dough and gently fold in the blueberries.

Fill the ramekins 2/3 full and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.

After baking, leave the Gugl-Minis to rest in the moulds for 5 minutes, then turn them out and leave to cool on a wire rack.
