170 g wheat flour
400 g apple, in smaller dices
6 Ball(s) vanille ice cream (optional)

Bake the pies

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.

Add the eggs, flour and baking powder one at a time and mix until smooth.

Peel the apples and cut into cubes. Mix everything together.

Divide the batter evenly between the moulds and bake for 20 minutes.

After baking, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
