Description
Christmas is the time for giving. Small attentions express love and appreciation without many words. It is especially nice when gifts are homemade. In our case, even home-baked. Everyone is happy about these mini gingerbreads! And if you wrap them lovingly, even more so! What could be better than giving your loved ones a moment of happiness in the run-up to Christmas?

For the dough

120 g wheat flour
50 g sugar
1 Pack(s) vanilla sugar
2 Teaspoon(s) cocoa powder
2 Teaspoon(s) gingerbread spice
1 Teaspoon(s) baking powder
70 ml milk
1 Tablespoon(s) oil
60 g honey
1 Pinch(es) cinnamon

Bake the mini gingerbread

Preheat the oven to 160°C convection oven. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl.

While stirring/kneading, add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough is formed.

Pour this batter evenly into the tin, clean the edges a little if necessary and then bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Let the gingerbread cool briefly after baking, then turn them out of the tin and let them cool completely. Then decorate them with chocolate or icing as desired.
