Description

A tea made from fresh mint is wonderful to make yourself. Supplemented with soothing honey and fresh lemon juice, it is not only good for your body, but also tastes delicious.

Cook the tea

Pour hot water over 2 stalks of fresh mint and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Mint can remain in the glass while drinking.

To taste: Mint tea can be complemented very well with a little honey and fresh lemon juice.

Tip: We like to use fresh mint, but it can also be dried and stored. However, as it becomes somewhat crumbly when dried, a tea strainer/teabag should be used when infusing.
