2 Tablespoon(s) amaranth, puffed
4 strawberries, fresh
10 raspberries, fresh
3 Tablespoon(s) currants, fresh
2 Tablespoon(s) blueberries, fresh
1 Tablespoon(s) white chocolate, chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) sweet lupine flour
1 Tablespoon(s) linseed oil
100 g oat yoghurt

Preparation

Prepare the muesli

Chop: First put all ingredients that are not to be chopped into the muesli blender. Turn the handle clockwise to chop these ingredients.

Blend: Then add the remaining ingredients. Turn the handle anti-clockwise to mix all the ingredients together and the finished muesli is ready in a flash.
