My muesli: balance

Description
Muesli for breakfast - that sounds good at first! But store-bought muesli is not always as healthy as the advertising promises. Many colourful mixtures hide artificial flavours and added sugar. If you want to do yourself some good, it's better to mix your own muesli. We have a recipe here with lots of rich ingredients that you're sure to love. It's very healthy, and the beauty of it is that you can spice it up any way you like.

3 Tablespoon(s) millet flakes
2 Tablespoon(s) spelt flakes
2 Tablespoon(s) pecan nuts
0.3 apple
1 Tablespoon(s) sunflower seeds
1 Tablespoon(s) walnut oil
1 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
100 g oat yoghurt

Preparation

  • Total time: 5 min

Prepare the muesli

Chop: First put all ingredients that are not to be chopped into the muesli blender. Turn the handle clockwise to chop these ingredients.

Blend: Then add the remaining ingredients. Turn the handle anti-clockwise to mix all the ingredients together and the finished muesli is ready in a flash.
