Description
Chocolate for breakfast. No, this is not about Bridget Jones and the novel (or the film). It's about chocolate muesli. With this extra portion of cocoa, the day gets off to a really good start. And here's some more good news for those with a sweet tooth. You can also prepare this snack later in the day.

For the muesli

3 Tablespoon(s) rolled oats
2 Tablespoon(s) cocoa poppies
3 Tablespoon(s) buckwheat cornflakes
1 Tablespoon(s) amaranth, puffed
50 g dark chocolate, chopped
2 Tablespoon(s) tiger nuts, ground
1 Tablespoon(s) cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon(s) cocoa nibs
100 g (chocolate-) oat yoghurt

Preparation

Prepare the muesli

Chop: First put all ingredients that are not to be chopped into the muesli blender. Turn the handle clockwise to chop these ingredients.

Blend: Then add the remaining ingredients. Turn the handle anti-clockwise to mix all the ingredients together and the finished muesli is ready in a flash.
