Negroni Bianco

Description
Negroni bianco? So white Negroni? No problem! Campari and red vermouth have to go to the substitutes' bench and instead a mountain amaretto liqueur and LN Mattei Quinquina aperitif may provide a breath of fresh air. Don't worry, the two additions do an excellent job, giving the aperitif a new colour while retaining the bittersweet taste that is so typical of the Negroni and makes it a pre-dinner cocktail.

For the drink

3 cl gin
2 cl bergamot liqueur
4 cl LN Mattei Quinquina
10 Ice cubes (2 cm)
1 ice ball (6 cm)
garnish to taste (lime zest)

Preparation

Prepare the drink

Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add 2cm ice cubes and stir.

Place a 6 cm ice ball in a glass and strain the drink over it. Garnish as desired.
