Description
How wonderful is it to sit on the sofa on a winter evening and watch the snow fall through the window? But before that happens, you should go into the kitchen and prepare this wintry tea. The tea is a blend of orange and Christmas spices that give off a lovely scent. A perfect mood for a relaxing winter evening full of warmth and cosiness!

Preparation
Cook the tea

Slice the orange or peel with a peeler. Cut the slices into quarters.

For each serving, place 4 orange slice quarters (or orange peel from a quarter of an orange) in a cup with a stick of cinnamon and 1 star anise, pour in hot water and leave to infuse.

After 10-15 minutes, strain the tea and enjoy.

A few red berries can be added to the tea to bring a slight acidity to the infusion.
