50 g sunflower seeds

Bake the bread

Preheat the oven to 180°C convection oven.

Mix all the ingredients together evenly and pour into the dish.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C convection and bake for a further 40 minutes.

After baking, leave to cool briefly in the tin, then turn out and leave to cool completely.
