Description
What do we want to eat today - pizza or muffins? How about both, i.e. a pizza-flavoured muffin? Salami, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms ... you can put just about anything in these little cakes that also adorns the pizza dough. Thanks to a portion of quark, they are particularly fluffy. They taste great hot or cold and are the perfect finger food!

Preparation
Bake the muffins

Preheat the oven to 160°C convection oven. Chop the salami, bacon, peppers and mushrooms.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and all the herbs and spices.

Add the quark, milk and tomato paste and mix until smooth.

Fold in the salami, bacon, half of the grated cheese and vegetables and then fill evenly into the moulds.

Slice the cherry tomatoes and garnish the muffins with them. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top of the muffins. Then bake for 25 minutes.
