4 eggs
120 g soft wheat semolina

2 Tablespoon(s) agave syrup

Bake the waffles

Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat. Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

Divide the batter evenly between the six wafer moulds. Tip: It is best if the moulds are already on a tray and do not need to be moved.

Bake the waffle for 20 minutes. Then leave to cool for one or two minutes and enjoy directly while warm.
